Do I need to bring my own mat?

No need — we’ve got you covered. Mats are provided for all classes.

You’ll just need a towel (required for all sessions). Forgot yours? Studio towels are available for purchase at the front desk.

What should I bring to class?

Bring water, a towel, and an open mind.

We recommend a small wipe towel for during class and a larger one for your mat. Hydration is key — you’ll sweat, a lot!

What should I wear?

Lightweight, breathable clothing that lets you move comfortably.

Most clients prefer leggings, a fitted top, and bare feet or grip socks (available in-studio).

How early should I arrive?

Plan to arrive 10–15 minutes before class to check in, set up your space, and settle in.

Doors lock right at class start time for safety and flow.

What’s the temperature like?

Our classes are infrared-heated to around 90–95°F — a soothing, detoxifying warmth that helps your muscles loosen, your body release toxins, and your mind unwind.

I’m new to Pilates. Can I still come?

Absolutely. Every class is designed to meet you where you are.

Our instructors offer modifications and progressions so you can move safely and confidently at your own pace.

Is infrared heat safe?

Yes — infrared heat is gentle, natural, and deeply therapeutic.

It warms your body directly rather than the air, improving circulation, recovery, and detoxification.

Do you have showers or changing areas?

Yes! SolHart has a full bathroom and private shower room available for you to freshen up after class.

We also provide space to change and get ready before heading out — perfect for early mornings or mid-day sessions.

Do I need to clean my mat after class?

Yes — we provide wipes and ask that everyone cleans their space after class to keep our studio fresh and ready for the next class.

Do you offer class packs or memberships?

Yes! We offer class packs, unlimited memberships, and drop-ins — so you can choose what fits your lifestyle best.

Do you have beginner specials or intro offers?

Yes — new clients can experience SolHart through our new client special before committing to a full membership.

What’s your late-cancel or no-show policy?

We have a 12-hour cancellation window.

Missed or late-cancelled classes will be deducted from your class pack or incur a small fee for unlimited members.

Women’s Health & Safety

Can I join if I’m pregnant or postpartum?

With your doctor’s approval. Our instructors can offer safe modifications to support you through pregnancy (non heated) and postpartum recovery.
